HOW WE FOUND EM!

The Essence Vault thought they were doing pretty well, but some areas of the business were struggling. They’d worked with a few agencies in the past but things just weren’t perfect. They knew there was room for improvement - which is why they came to us.

We audited their accounts and identified key areas to refine as well as opportunities to take advantage of to maximise performance across their key marketing channels.

STEP 1:

TikTok ads

WHAT WE DID:

Reviewed the current setup, improved creative workflows and 5x’d spend whilst improving ROI.

HOW WE DID IT:

By reviewing the current TikTok ad account setup, we spotted a number of opportunities to optimise both the media buying strategy and creative.

We implemented our isolated creative testing and horizontal scaling methodology in order to increase spend from £2-3k a day to around £8-10k a day, whilst maintaining our in platform ROAS of above 2.5x.

To support this spend we worked with our partner agency, For You Advertising, to diversify content output - introducing a wider variety of creators and angles to our video output, helping attract a wider audience of individuals. Alongside this, we iterated aggressively on winning concepts to allow us to push more spend through the account without instability and drops in ROI.

STEP 2:

Meta ads

WHAT WE DID:

Took complete control of the Meta Ad account and relentlessly tested creative concepts.

HOW WE DID IT?

By auditing past account data we found key quick wins to implement and put in place a 6-month account development roadmap to double ad spend at a super profitable rate.

We implemented a rapid creative testing structure, consistently testing varied front-end messaging around the specific pain points and USPs of the product. We integrated static creatives into an account that heavily used UGC videos, pushing 6 figure spend behind them which pulled some impressive revenue in for The Essence Vault. We horizontally scaled proven creatives into core campaigns while vertically scaling them in testing campaigns to truly optimise the ads.

We diversified English language content to new locations to bring in orders from previously untapped locations. We started within core EU countries to test the market and prove the concept. We then localised the content to the countries' native languages to truly ramp up sales in these new markets.

AFTER WORKING WITH US

Ever since coming on board, we’ve seen consistent month-on-month growth. They’ve achieved 86% growth year-on-year since working with us and thanks to our marketing strategies have raked in over 8 million in the last 4 months alone.

Growth has been substantial. Facebook, TikTok, and Google have been essential for customer acquisition. They’re looking to diversify their marketing channels further in 2023 with the goal of spending 7 figures a month just on ads.
