They came on board in September 2022. There hadn't been any focus on email flows & campaigns leaving A LOT of money on the table ready for the taking.
In the first month of our partnership we laid the foundations for serious, consistent growth. We set up best practice flows that we know from experience bring huge returns and started sending out campaigns to their current email list.
November is when we started to see some juicy returns. After just 2 months of working together on customer retention strategies, we were able to generate a monster BF/CM! Over 50% of their total revenue was generated from emails in this month. A marked improvement from the 0% less than two months before.
In just 4 months of working with us, we’ve doubled their email list. Effectively doubling the amount of revenue they can theoretically generate with their email campaigns.
