We’ve been working together since November and since then have seen really strong results (and a record month)!
Before joining Soar, Tallow + Ash were investing heavily in brand building TOF activity (a crutial part in any new brand's growth) but were less so focused on sales-optimised campaigns. This was working until they reached a point of stagnation and they couldn't continue to grow their new customer base despite spending more.
When compared to the month they joined in November, as of February revenue is up 110% (and they’ve just recently had an all time record month)! Orders are up 94% (with new customer orders up 150% highlighting all the new business we’re helping bring into their business).We came in to combine their previous ad strategy with Soar's and have now seen their audience fit into 2 key target demographics based on consumer behaviours.
Our strategy relies on both sales and traffic ads that point users with differing consideration periods to both Tallow + Ash's Instagram (where they'll look over what the brand has to offer and then buy) and to site where we capture their interest through the discovery samples offer.
We're building a robust creative testing strategy to unlock new segments of their target audience and have started off strong with a lot of high production introductory content (focusing on Ciara's founder story as well as the scents themselves). And by doing so we’ve successfully reduced their customer acquisition costs by 40% meaning that they’re now getting way more efficiency out of their ad spend. In 2024, we’re going to be pushing more UGC, ‘behind the scenes’ style content and testing our way to the moon!
Tallow + Ash are a great client to work with and have such an interesting product. They’ve already positioned themselves perfectly so most of the hard graft of building a brand is done already - now it’s up to us help them get their name out there further and turn this thriving business into a market leader.
