Spacegoods health and wellness brand that offers an adaptogenic mushroom powder blend designed to help you maintain energy, have sharper focus, and bring zen-like calm. They're a great brand and we've been happily working together since March 2023 and in that time we've achieved a lot.

THEIR RESULTS

First things first, whenever we take on a new client we need to take a look inside the ad account, strip it back and align focus on a key 'North Star' metric - in this case - New Customer Acquisition (NCPA).

Knowing our North Star goals inside and out as well as the key aspects that drive them means that we can scale with confidence and all-important efficiency. We consolidated the ad account with a well-structured testing campaign meaning we can maximise our data flows and learnings whilst having clarity on performance & optimisations. Within the first 3 months of Spacegoods coming on board with us we had reduced their NCPA by 50%.

Implementing a clear creative strategy with consistent feedback loops allowed us to create a clear picture of what worked and then double down in these areas. We use Triple Whale to leverage data and from this, we were able to highlight our strongest landing pages ensuring that front-end messaging matched up with user experience.

We’ve tested over 10 unique landing pages which provided learnings and allowed us to identify clear top performer, this allowed us to ramp up spend by 136% over time and drive huge scale for the brand. This is due increased efficiency driven by multiple audits, data findings, and our expert knowledge.

The introduction of TikTok ads was a great opportunity with a strategy utilising UGC and the right price point, hitting CAC targets with TikTok-first optimised creative.

All of the above was complimented with tactical creator/influencer whitelisting that was integrated in both the Meta and TikTok creative strategy. This enabled us to scale high-performing concepts further due to a reduced CPA, since then we’ve doubled down and it’s becoming a key component to our overall strategy. As of the time of writing, Spacegoods have seen year-on-year growth of 192%.
